What We’re Looking ForWe are hiring an elite DSCR Loan Officer with direct experience in investor‑based, long‑term rental lending. Candidates must understand cash‑flow underwriting, investor risk modeling, and speak the language of wealth builders. This is not a retail lending role; the position requires closers who can diagnose, structure, and drive volume.

- Clear, persuasive communicator with investors, brokers, and internal underwriting
- Comfortable with high expectations and accountability to ROI
