Senior Tax Accountant
The Senior Tax Accountant will support the company's quarterly tax provision and tax compliance processes for both U.S. and international operations. This role offers exposure to a multinational structure and the opportunity to contribute to a growing in‑house tax function.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
- Prepare tax account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and deferred tax calculations
- Support preparation of tax‑related financial statement disclosures and footnote reporting
- Prepare federal corporate income tax returns and related work papers
- Assist with domestic and international filing requirements
- Prepare quarterly estimates, extensions, and supporting schedules
- Assist with federal tax audits and responses to tax notices or information requests
- Research and analyze federal and international tax issues and summarize conclusions
- Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, reporting efficiencies, and internal controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- CPA certification or CPA‑track preferred
- 2‑5 years of corporate tax experience in public accounting and/or industry
- Strong knowledge of federal corporate income tax and ASC 740 provision concepts
- Experience in a public company or large multinational environment is a plus
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems preferred
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
- Broad exposure across both provision and compliance functions

Compensation for this role depends on factors such as skills, experience, licensure, location, and business needs. The position includes potential discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement benefits.
