Patten Title Company is a well-established title company with officesin Austin and Houston. We are currently looking for an Escrow Assistant with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of title company experience.
- Assisting with the Escrow Closing team to ensure successful transactions.
- Somecollaboration with the title department to resolve titleissues.
- Coordinate withbuyer, lender, seller and/or broker to timely collect itemsand/or information needed to process files and/or cure titleissues for a successful closing.
- Ensure all payoffs,taxes, and HOA are ordered, updated and collected
- Address inquiriesfrom clients, sellers, buyers, agents, and Asset Management Companies professionally and promptly.
- Confirm closing dates, location, and documentation needed for closing withborrowers.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of title company experience
- Great knowledge base regardingresale, refinance and investor business
- Full time physical attendance isan essential function in the job
• Strong customer service orientation - Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication

100% up to 4% of salary
