Role:
Finance Graduate in the SPARK Graduate Development Program – a 24‑month rotational program in Finance & Strategy at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

• 24‑month rotational program across four finance and strategy functions (6 months per rotation).
• Rotation areas include Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Investor Relations, Treasury, Business Unit Finance, Sales Finance, M&A & Integration, and Digital Finance & Transformation Initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with mentorship from senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Clear path to a full‑time role upon successful completion.

• Complete assigned projects and initiatives within each rotation, contributing to financial planning, strategy development, and transactional analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership on financial modeling and data‑driven decision making.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI and data analytics, to enhance finance processes.

• Bachelor’s or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business or related field (expected graduation by May
  2026).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and bias for action.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling is a plus.
• Prior internship or work experience in finance or strategy preferred but not required.
• Interest in AI, automation and digital tools that enable modern finance.

Annual salary range USD
55,500–125,500 in Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.
