Residential Escrow Officer TX

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Escrow, Banking, and Legal industries.

Pay Range $80,000- $85,000/yr.
Plus monthly bonuses and fantastic benefits. This is a Direct Hire role.

• Candidate will be responsible for bringing residential and commercial escrows to a close.
• Read closing instructions and balance file.
• Prepare documents for closing, recording, and issuing all checks.
• Contact title company, lenders, and customers with questions and issues to resolve.
• Responsible for receiving closing packages from notary signers.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and send out funding documents.
• Handle the complete disbursement and follow‑up of all escrow transactions.
• Review title to confirm liens are released, or the appropriate documentation is received.
• Prepare title policy and review recordings for accuracy and forward the complete file to the County Recorder or internal Recording Department.

• 3+ years title/escrow experience.
• Signing authority is a must.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High level multi‑tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
