This role is designed as a hybrid position, with an expectation of working on average two days per week from an HPE office.

As a Finance Revenue Senior Analyst, you will contribute to the Revenue accounting function, reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager. You will partner with business unit finance teams, corporate FP&A, tax, and other stakeholders to support revenue accounting, transactions, and other accounting issues. You will communicate and enforce Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), support external reporting, and provide fiduciary representation of financial results.
Responsibilities- Lead revenue accounting activities and collaborate with business units, FP&A, tax, and other support functions.
- Analyze and implement new accounting and disclosure requirements, delivering training and support for adoption of new standards.
- Interpret U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance for complex transactions, documenting conclusions in accounting position memoranda and supporting the audit process.
- Maintain subject‑matter expertise in revenue and embedded leases.
- Communicate and enforce GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Prepare revenue content for executive leadership.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives.
- Facilitate trainings on relevant accounting topics for HPE worldwide.
- Support ad‑hoc reporting requests and participate in broader SEC or corporate reporting initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; CPA, MBA, or other advanced certification preferred.
- 5–6+ years of experience in a finance function, with preference for technology industry experience and exposure to international companies;
Big Four public accounting experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.

Salary Range (United States)Annual Salary USD 105,500 – 243,000 (Texas). The range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.
