Business Assistant with Marketing Experience

We are seeking a Business Assistant with Marketing Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, accounts payable, vendor relationships, marketing campaigns, customer service, medical aesthetic coordinator and point of contact, and project management.

Education Requirement:
Business degree or currently working towards it

Skills Required:

• Critical and analytical thinking is key.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, take initiative, and have knowledge of business.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Working knowledge of computers such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner during interaction with colleagues, patients, as well as the private health insurance representatives
• Must have reliable and verifiable work references
• Ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize needs, multi-task and manage needs is essential

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory
• Handle accounts payable
• Manage vendor relationships
• Coordinate marketing campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate medical aesthetic procedures
• Manage projects

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location:

The Woodlands, TX 77380 (this is not a remote position)

The role pays between $19.00-$27.00/hr (Depending on Experience) with great benefits and PTO plans.
