Exciting Opportunity:
Pediatric Occupational Therapist in The Woodlands, TX area.
Salary range: $65,000-$80,000.

We9re currently seeking dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children in a clinical setting in The Woodlands, TX area.

Qualifications
  • Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT).
  • Master s or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor s degree.
  • Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred.
Role Overview

As an OT, you will support children in a clinic setting by assessing their needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to help them succeed. This role offers the opportunity to work with pediatric patients in a supportive environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Job Details
  • You can have flexibility in your schedule; we offer a traditional 5 day schedule or 4-10 hour days or even 3 days working 10-12 hours.
  • 26 of your 40 scheduled hours are direct patient care so youll have plenty of time to manage paperwork and planning.
  • Youll see a wide variety of patients with varying diagnoses. If you are a new grad or seasoned professional youll find a rewarding caseload that will allow you to grow your skillset.
  • Clinic is also home to a behavioral program. Behavior Analysts are part of the team and able to collaborate with you for best outcomes.
  • On-site mentorship and support is available in this multidisciplinary clinic.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children1s motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions, helping them achieve developmental goals.
  • Work closely with families and other specialists to create a supportive environment tailored to childs unique needs.
