This is a full-time on-site role for a Hearing Aid Specialist, based in Spring, TX. The Hearing Aid Specialist will conduct hearing tests, perform audiometry, and assess patients’ hearing needs. Responsibilities include providing guidance on hearing aids, educating patients about proper usage and care, and delivering exceptional customer service. The specialist will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to offer personalized solutions that enhance patients’ quality of life.

• Proficiency in Audiology-related tasks, including conducting hearing tests and performing audiometry
• Experience with hearing aid fittings and patient education for proper use and maintenance
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients
• Familiarity with speech-related evaluation and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• State licensure as a Hearing Aid Specialist or ability to obtain licensure (as applicable)
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional conduct
