- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and insurers to facilitate timely medication delivery and administration.
- Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and self-administration techniques, with a focus on home infusion therapies.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, maintain precise patient records, and promote a safe, compliant clinical environment.
- Licensed pharmacist with current IV certification.
