Overview

Hybrid In‑Home Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Success On The Spectrum  (SOS). Success On The Spectrum  is a national ABA franchise dedicated to quality, combining evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis with a fun environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement.

BCBAs provide in‑home ABA therapy, working two days in‑person and three days telehealth per week. Clients live in the Spring, Spring‑Cypress, and Humble areas. The role offers a balanced schedule of Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑4:30pm, with occasional evenings, and a 25‑hour billable requirement.

Responsibilities
  • Insure a 25‑hour billable requirement by performing assessments (VB‑Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.).
  • Create individualized, research‑based client programs.
  • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
  • Conduct weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
  • Supervise interns and RBTs in‑home.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings and quarterly in‑service training.
  • Manage insurance correspondence, including pre‑auth requests.
  • Ensure safety management and perform cleaning duties.
  • Maintain an organized, team environment and display professional conduct.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Clinical experience with individuals with ASD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales‑like enthusiasm as the primary contact for parents.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
  • Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
