Compensation & SchedulingPay Rates:
- $30 per 30-minute therapy session
- $80 per evaluation
Shift Differential:
- Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM: increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session
- All day Saturday: increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session
- Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
- After‑school hours (3:00 PM–7:00 PM) are the greatest need
- Opportunity to grow into full‑time availability
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
