Position Summary
Financial Acumen:
Possesses knowledge of relevant financial and business management terminology, metrics, and key performance indicators. Understands drivers of financial metrics that impact the business and their impact on business results. Performs analyses based on independent reasoning to draw appropriate conclusions. Analyzes business and financial data and supports the implementation and tracking of business plans that enable attainment of financial goals. Communicates analysis results to audiences and understands the impact of factors and trends that may affect financial performance.
Communication
Possesses knowledge of verbal and nonverbal behaviors, application, and allocation of business communication styles and techniques in ambiguous and challenging situations. Organizes thoughts and communicates credibly and concisely in interdivisional/interdepartmental setups. Presents to and influences team members, customers, and clients, conveying complex information clearly and accurately while addressing ambiguity constructively. Independently assembles and prepares reports, materials, and storylines with logical flow.
Influences team members and leaders to take action based on sound recommendations. Seeks and provides constructive feedback, anticipates needs, questions, and responds appropriately.
Possesses knowledge of safety culture requirements, hazard identification and control systems, worker participation in safety requirements, safety education, and training. Utilizes personal protective equipment as required. Conducts audits and maintains tracking logs of safety equipment. Responds to first aid and accident situations according to standard procedures.

Develops, prioritizes, and coordinates work plans; reviews project schedules, cost expenditures, milestones, communications, and documentation. Follows project management methodologies by tracking and monitoring work, holding teams accountable to timelines, and ensuring adherence to milestones. Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies. Creates communication plans determining level, frequency, detail, and distribution of status updates while minimizing the impact of changes.
DataGathering and Analysis
Possesses knowledge of data collection processes and standards, data analysis techniques, and reporting tools. Employs basic data collection and analysis methods. Examines analytical results to ensure quality and accuracy. Contributes to collection and analysis of data for health/wellness operations. Informs leadership of any difficulties during data collection.
OperationsPossesses knowledge of health/wellness policies and procedures, common operational issues and solutions, and resource prioritization methods. Supervises resource management. Plans delivery and improvement of services, programs, and personnel. Provides technical consultation, guidance, and oversight for health/wellness operations. Directs policies and goals for various health/wellness services. Coordinates and evaluates quality of operations across the organization.
Customer Service ManagementPossesses knowledge of customer service standards, issue resolution processes, and service request processes. Analyzes problem trends and takes steps to avoid recurrence. Facilitates resolution of customer problems, issues, or concerns. Ensures identification of customer needs and priorities. Monitors and reports on delivery of promised deliverables. Manages expectations of third‑party techs and vendor help desk techs who provide direct service.
Operational ExcellencePossesses knowledge of organizational processes, root cause analysis techniques, department workflows, standard operating procedures, and One Best Way processes. Assesses situations based on goals and operating issues of the assigned department. Seeks guidance when goals conflict with departmental or overall strategies. Understands importance of implementing One Best Way processes and SOPs. Follows regulatory processes and procedures for the assigned department. Identifies and reports safety hazards and anomalies during operations.
MedicalPrescription Administration
Possesses knowledge of prescription data sources and resources, administration assessment standards, and potential drug therapy issues. Participates in basic prescription verification practices (e.g., prescriber identity verification). Troubleshoots actual and potential drug therapy‑related issues. Adapts prescription administration processes per organizational policies. Complies with prescription administration assessment standards.
Minimum Qualifications- 1 year experience as a Walmart supervisor.
