- Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy (depending on your niche)
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients
- Participate in peer consultations and collaborative discussions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Master’s/Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure in Texas (Psychologist, Provisionally Licensed or LPA required)
- At least 3 years of clinical experience post‑licensure preferred
- Strong client engagement skills and a reliable track record of maintaining caseloads
- A desire to find a long‑term professional home, not a short‑term stop
