• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy (depending on your niche)
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Master’s/Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure in Texas (Psychologist, Provisionally Licensed or LPA required)
• At least 3 years of clinical experience post‑licensure preferred
• Strong client engagement skills and a reliable track record of maintaining caseloads
• A desire to find a long‑term professional home, not a short‑term stop
