1. W‑2 Employee (Guaranteed Hourly)- $33–$41/hour (based on experience)
- Guaranteed hours

- $50–$76/hour (paid per completed visit)

- $60/hour (sessions), $80/evaluation
- Flexible scheduling, no benefits

- Productivity expectation: 26/40 hours in direct care
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans
- Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
- Passion for helping children and families thrive
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
