About the Role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
Responsibilities- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- Lead inventory control efforts and lead in operational efforts
- Work with donors to resolve concerns
- Analyze opportunities specific to non‑conforming events
- Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
- Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, pro‑longed glove wear is required

We offer an U.S. hourly wage range of $22.80 - $31.35, contingent on experience, skills, education and location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives. Company benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well‑being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time per year, and new hires may accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
