Position: Mental Health Therapist (LPC-A)  Full Time and Part Time

Our boutique-style practice focuses on helping high-functioning adults navigate stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. We operate on a primarily cash-pay model, giving you the freedom to focus on therapy—not insurance.

ROLE

DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Spring, TX. The Mental Health Therapist will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, performing assessments, and providing case management services. Therapists collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Current, unrestricted Texas license as an LPC Associate
  • Current Texas LPC Associate who has already obtained a supervisor
  • Must reside in Texas and be eligible to provide telehealth and in-person services
  • Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Strong documentation skills and understanding of ethical and legal compliance
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and register with CAQH
  • EMDR trained preferred; candidates who are not yet trained must be willing to complete EMDR certification as part of professional development
  • Employment is contingent upon verification of licensure and completion of a background check
