• Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.
• Structure includes:

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped to reward impact.

• Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
