Duties
  • Provide direct patient care, primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
  • Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve functional goals
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Director and/or Regional Leadership on clinical operations and patient outcomes
  • Promote evidence‑based practice and ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Participate in community outreach and business development as needed
  • Maintain professional licensure and stay current with continuing education
Qualifications
  • Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
  • Current state of Texas license
  • Responsible individual with a solid work ethic and commitment to patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams and leadership
  • Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and staying current with continuing education
