Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Spring Branch, Texas. At Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, our patients are people, not numbers. You'll work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering individualized, evidence-based care for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, vestibular disorders, balance and gait impairments, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The Spring Branch clinic offers a unique rehabilitation environment featuring advanced equipment, aquatic therapy resources, a heated indoor exercise pool, and a strong emphasis on hands-on care designed to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes
Your Role:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, balance, gait, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
