Flexible Scheduling That Works for You

Design a schedule that fits your lifestyle:

  • Four 10-hour days
  • Three 10-hour days
  • Traditional 5-day schedule
  • Part-time options with part-time benefits available too
  • Evening hours (3:00 PM–close) and weekend availability desired
Compensation Options

We offer multiple pay models so you can choose what aligns with your goals:

Full-Time Hourly Model
  • $33.65 – $40.87 per hour ($70,000 – $85,000 annually)
  • Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
Part-Time Hourly
  • $33 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
  • Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
Pay Per Visit (PPV) Models Available

Choose:

  • PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off
  • PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrued

Rates:

  • $44 – $56 per billable hour (based on experience)
  • $70 per Evaluation

Who You Are
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor's accreditation transition)
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
  • Adaptable, growth-minded, and excited about innovation in healthcare
