Host, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering, Server​/Wait Staff

All Team Members are Hosts. Hosts are the first and last encounter the Guest has  Host's role is to enhance the experience by making every Guest feel welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated with a warm Bombshells welcome and a genuine smile.

• Giving every Guest a warm Bombshells welcome within five seconds of walking through the door.
• When possible, open the front door for Guests entering or leaving the restaurant.
• When immediate seating is limited, record Guest names and number of people in party.
• Call out name and number of party when tables become available using the provided waitlist.
• Provide Guests with estimated waiting time.
• Accommodate special seating requests for Guests whenever possible (highchairs, booster seats, handicapped Guests, etc.).
• Seat Guests based on Guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations. An example would be if a Guest preferred a high table, outside seating, or a booth.
• Upon seating, offer Guests a menu and rolled silverware and inform them of their Server's name. Inspect the table for proper presentation and completeness.
• Relay messages to Servers and Bussers as needed.
• Thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Keeping the Host area clean and clutter-free.
• Wiping down front doors and windows every 2–3 hours (more often if needed).
• Cleaning menus and ensuring that Guests receive clean menus with no rips or tears.
• Answering the phone within three rings and following phone etiquette standards.
• Build relationships with regular Guests and greet them by name.

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (at least eight hours).
• Must have exceptional grooming habits.
