• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries efficiently
• Bartend, cook, and serve food to guests as required, ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and food service areas
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process payments and handle cash register operations accurately

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or food service preferred
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of bartending, cooking, and food service procedures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
