Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional service delivery across all dining and beverage outlets. • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize procurement processes
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create innovative menus and promotional events
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, health and safety standards, and industry trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory or lead server/bartender experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or hotel setting.
• Certifications:
  
  Valid local Food Handler Certificate and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., Serv Safe, TIPS, or equivalent).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic MS Office/Excel skills.
• Availability:
  Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by hotel occupancy.
