Executive Development Partner

This role will report to the Director of Executive Development Solutions. We are seeking a high-impact Executive Development Partner to design, deliver, and continuously elevate our executive assessment and onboarding experience. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a key driver of how we select, integrate, and accelerate executive talent. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in executive assessment, coaching, and leadership development with a data-driven mindset and an enterprise-first approach.

In this role, you will administer and review executive assessments, build and launch a scalable executive onboarding program, and partner closely with executives, Executive Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure leaders are set up for long-term success. You will influence decisions with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities Executive Assessment
  • Lead, coordinate, and administer executive-level assessments for selection and development.
  • Translate assessment data into decision-quality recommendations that inform hiring, development, and succession.
  • Maintain assessment integrity, confidentiality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Executive Onboarding Program
  • Design, build, launch, and continuously enhance a high-impact onboarding program for executives.
  • Facilitate onboarding touchpoints, workshops, and briefings that accelerate executive integration and performance.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Executive TA, and business leaders to tailor onboarding plans to strategic needs.
  • Develop tools, resources, and measurement strategies (NPS, time-to-productivity, 90-day outcomes) to evaluate effectiveness.
Strategic Talent Partnership
  • Serve as a consultative partner to Executive TA, HRBPs, and senior leadership teams.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and elevate leadership effectiveness.
  • Create executive-ready materials (1-pagers, briefs, dashboards) that drive alignment and action.
  • Champion a high-performance, inclusive leadership culture through thought leadership, facilitation, and coaching.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in executive assessments, executive coaching, human capital consulting, or leadership development.
  • Expertise with leadership assessments (competency/behavioral models, psychometrics, 360s) and structured behavioral interviewing.
  • Proven facilitation and executive communication skills; credible at VP+ levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and launch programs from concept to scale.
  • Data-driven decision-maker skilled in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations.
  • Highly collaborative, relationship-oriented, and effective in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong consultative capabilities: diagnose needs, frame solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting executive-level talent in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex organizations.

The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
