Temp to Hire Pay $18/hr Spring, TX8AM-5
PMThe ideal candidate will need to have strong phone skills (handle multiple lines); must be able to multi task in a busy environment; have excellent customer service skills as this position will be at our corporate front desk.
Duties Include:
Must be comfortable taking high volume inbound calls
Schedule and coordinate Recruiter's daily schedule with interviews
Must be organized and diligent with job seeker follow ups Onboard new hires to include ensure proper paperwork (I9, W4, WOTC, etc.)Conduct drug screens
Assist Recruiters and HR Dept.
Required Skills:
Previous HR experience or Staffing experience a PLUS Bilingual Spanish
MUST be able to handle confidential information professionally.
Computer savvy
Handle multiple phone lines
Customer Service
