Overview
HR Business Partner Manager – Global Functions. This role is designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting Global Functions.
- Set clear performance expectations; provide regular feedback, coaching, and career development support.
- Build HRBP capability as work shifts toward more complex, judgment-based, and advisory HR support.
- Reinforce adherence to the HR Operating Model, including clear role boundaries between HRBP, Country HR, People Care, and COEs.
- Address role ambiguity, scope creep, and inconsistent practices across Global Functions; drive consistency in HRBP ways of working while allowing for nuance where necessary.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex people matters requiring experienced HR judgment.
- Translate enterprise and Global HR and Global Function L1 priorities into clear, actionable guidance for HRBPs.
- Ensure HRBPs are aligned and prepared prior to change rollout to business stakeholders.
- Partner with HR leaders, COEs, Country HR, and People Care to ensure seamless end-to-end HR support.
- Identify systemic issues impacting HR delivery and recommend improvements to governance, processes, or capability.
- Balance HRBP workload, coverage, and prioritization to ensure sustainable delivery and impact.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, global organization.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and global HR governance.
- Experience supporting many different client groups across a large organization (HPE preferred).
- Strong HR judgment and ability to manage complex, sensitive people issues.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear expectations and execution; effective coaching, feedback, and talent development skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence capabilities; comfort leading through ambiguity and change.
