Human Resources Project Manager – HPE Networking

Hybrid role with an expectation of working 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Execution engine for Networking HR strategic initiatives, responsible for driving disciplined, integrated delivery across culture integration, people‑leader enablement, talent initiatives, and major transformation priorities.

• Collaborate with senior HR leaders, regional HR partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to apply subject matter expertise and drive the execution of HR programs.
• Partner with HR business partners to ensure programs meet business needs and align with Networking’s transformation roadmap.
• Drive progress against integrated workplans and milestones, ensuring delivery discipline and follow‑through.
• Support culture integration efforts that bring together legacy HPE and Juniper organizations.
• Enable people‑leader readiness and capability through coordinated rollouts, toolkits, forums, and adoption support.
• Create visibility into risks, issues, and dependencies, surfacing them early and ensuring effective management.
• Prepare decision‑ready materials for HR meetings, leadership forums, QBRs, and transformation updates.
• Partner with HR leaders on projects that support program optimization within the business or function.
• Ensure HR execution keeps pace with business change, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to highly visible initiatives.

• First‑level university degree.
• Typically 4+ years of experience in an HR function and/or a generalist role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and delivering presentation materials for meetings with different organizational levels.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; ability to develop clear, impactful executive presentations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven project‑management experience in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Experience in organizations undergoing transformation, integration, or operating‑model changes.
• Sound judgement on escalation, adjustment of execution, and framing of trade‑offs.
• Comfort operating through ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining execution momentum.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Ability to support culture‑integration efforts, including enabling communications and adoption activities.
• Comfort operating across regions and time zones.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
