Talent Manager, Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic global recruiting team driving competitive advantage through our people. - Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles; lead intake meetings and validate requisitions.
- Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high‑quality shortlists.
- Provide market insights (e.g., talent trends, compensation benchmarks) to inform hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions.
- Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (beyond Linked In).
- Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and solution‑oriented.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize.
- A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
