Exxon Mobil's state‑of‑the‑art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.
By bringing many global functional groups together, the campus provides employees with the tools and capabilities needed today, and in the future, to achieve business objectives and accelerate the discovery of new resources, technologies and products. The campus is located in Spring, Texas, on 385 wooded acres immediately to the west of Interstate Highway 45 (I‑45), at the intersection of I‑45 and the Hardy Toll Road, approximately 25 miles from the cultural vibrancy of downtown Houston.

What Role You Will Play In Our TeamWe are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic global recruiting team driving competitive advantage through our people. To be successful in this role, you must quickly build understanding of our business needs, employee value proposition and be in a position to translate business strategy and objectives into high‑value impact. What You Will Do- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles, lead intake meetings and validate requisitions.
- Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high‑quality shortlists.
- Provide market insights (e.g., talent trends, compensation benchmarks) to inform hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions.
- Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond Linked In).
- Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution‑oriented.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize.
- A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
