Position: Senior Director, North America Market People Organization

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director North America Market People Organization to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions.

The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location:

Spring, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead the People Organization for the Commercial Market in North America
  • Act as Country PO Lead for the US
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Market and Country Managing Directors
  • Drive key initiatives in Organization & Culture, Talent & Leadership, and Inclusion fundamentals
  • Coach and develop People Partners supporting Country Managing Directors
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence for employee engagement
  • Lead global projects focused on talent and organizational transformation
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience across various HR functions, especially HR Business Partnering
  • Proven experience managing teams and developing global workforce plans
  • Strong background in implementing organizational change initiatives and coaching leaders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Superior project management skills with a focus on execution quality and timeliness
