Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across its heavy civil projects in Texas. You will coordinate company-wide recruiting efforts, screen and interview candidates, extend offers, and maintain candidate records.
The role requires 3–6+ years in industrial construction or Oil & Gas, strong MS Office skills, and experience with HRIS tools such as UKG, ICIMS, Hire Desk or Taleo. Knowledge of employment law and confidentiality is essential.
