Are you passionate about recruiting top talent and making an impact? Our client is seeking a Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting experience to join our fast-paced HR team. You'll play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding the best field and corporate talent to support our company’s long-term goals.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and deliver top candidates.
• Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with all hiring processes.
• Experience recruiting for both field and corporate roles required.
• Actively participate in career events.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of oil & gas experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  Paycom experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Daily in-office attendance required.
