Our client, an industry leader in innovative technological solutions, is seeking a Data Engineer - Palantir Ontology to join their dynamic team. As a Data Engineer you will be part of the team supporting data modeling and platform development initiatives. Data Engineer - Palantir Ontology

Market

• Assist in building tools that optimize investment and operational decisions within a scalable carbon capture system.
• Implement and revise the data layer of the CCS
  100 application using the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Translate existing data models into Palantir Ontology representations, ensuring performance and flexibility.
• Set up data ingestion and export relationships, maintaining reliability and high performance.
• Create data validations, transforms, and interface code to facilitate system integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, quantitative sciences, or mathematics, or significant practical software project experience.
• Multiple years of experience in building data-heavy applications or working as a data engineer.
• Proficiency in building applications within Palantir Foundry, especially with data modeling and Ontology Manager tools.
• Strong experience with Python for data processing and transformation tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex software architectures and data designs.
