DOE

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance BI solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to optimize data models and ensure data accuracy.
• Implement advanced DAX calculations, data modeling, and Power Query transformations to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with UX/UI best practices.

• Expert-level experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.
• Strong proficiency in Power Query language and connecting Power BI to relational and cloud data sources such as SQL Server, Azure, or Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
