Our client is seeking an Advanced Technologist with Client Computing specialization to support its Digital Experience (DEX) strategy. This role focuses on engineering, configuring, and supporting end-user computing platforms to deliver a seamless, secure, and high-performance digital experience for employees. The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on, capable of working independently with minimal oversight, and experienced in using Nexthink to monitor, analyze, and proactively improve device performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
RolePurpose
This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the Nexthink platform, implementing experience-driven use cases, and developing automations that enhance endpoint performance and reduce frustrated users. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of the Digital Employee Experience by leveraging telemetry, analytics, and proactive remediation.
Key Responsibilities Digital Experience & Platform Management- Promote Nexthink capabilities, best practices, and adoption across IT teams.
- Manage Nexthink platform configuration, governance, and onboarding of new features.
- Support enterprise initiatives through reliable setup, maintenance, and technical enablement.
- Continuously analyze DEX Score and telemetry to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track KPIs including DEX Score, device performance, compliance, and user sentiment.
- Design and deliver Nexthink-based use cases for observability, compliance, automation, and remediation.
- Build and maintain Remote Actions, campaigns, and automated workflows using Nexthink Flow.
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and operational teams.
- Enable self-service, user guidance, and automated problem resolution.
- Partner with IT and business teams to operationalize insights and workflows.
- Trigger remediations, escalate issues, and support resolution activities.
- Identify emerging needs and evolve the Nexthink platform accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications
Nexthink Expertise (Required)
- Advanced Remote Action development (Power Shell, script signing, automation chaining).
- Nexthink Flow workflow design and system integrations.
- NQL query development and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of the Nexthink data model and DEX Score drivers.
- Experience with Nexthink campaigns, user engagement, and remediation logic.
- Advanced Power Shell scripting for diagnostics and automation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication models, and integration patterns.
- Endpoint performance troubleshooting (Windows OS).
- Knowledge of device health, application performance, and basic networking.
- Ability to correlate telemetry signals and identify root causes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
- Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Basic cloud concepts (Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with modern endpoint management platforms (Intune / Microsoft 365 is a plus).
- Exposure to virtual desktops, remote desktop services, and secure browser access is beneficial.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Self-starter mindset with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving platforms, AI-driven insights, and observability practices.
- The role may evolve as the platform introduces AI-driven insights and enhanced automation capabilities.
- Strong emphasis on improving employee digital experience and reducing user frustration.
- Hands-on, contributor-level role with ownership of assigned technologies.
