We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer / Product Data Analyst to design, develop, and support enterprise-level business intelligence solutions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and data engineering teams to translate complex data requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions while supporting data investigations and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Build optimized data models, fact/dimension schemas, and relationships for scalable analytics.
- Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated tables, and time-intelligence models.
- Use Power Query to transform, cleanse, and prepare enterprise data sources.
- Support investigations related to data model gaps, data quality issues, and business reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and analytics teams to translate requirements into actionable insights.
- Facilitate user training, testing sessions, and power-user enablement activities.
- Perform periodic data validation, quality checks, and analytics troubleshooting.
- Work with self-service analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and Access where applicable.
- Assist in flat file handling, data mappings, and reporting enhancements.
- Expert-level Power BI experience with strong DAX expertise.
- Strong data modeling skills (fact/dimension modeling, hierarchies, relationships).
- Advanced Power Query experience.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA 2.0.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills (joins, aggregations, subqueries, views, window functions, pivoting).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot analytics/reporting models.
- Experience working with Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise data warehousing and large-scale BI environments.
- Experience supporting self-service analytics communities and power users.
- Power BI expertise with advanced DAX
- Data modeling and Power Query expertise
- Advanced dashboard and report design
