As the SAP BRIM SOM Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HPE’s large, global BRIM platform that underpins our innovative IT-as-a-Service (ITaaS) business models. This is an exciting opportunity to lead functional design, drive process improvements, and influence the future of our SAP landscape using the latest SAP S/4

HANA and Hybris Billing solutions.

• Leverage your technical expertise and industry best practices to recommend and implement robust SAP SOM solutions.
• Support core SAP processes within SAP BRIM, including master data management, solution quotes, order processing, contracts, and product modeling.
• Collaborate effectively with IT delivery partners, prioritize issues, monitor queues, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Engage with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver resolutions.
• Analyze cross‑functional and complex business requirements, designing scalable solutions that drive business value.
• Lead change management initiatives, promoting adoption of new SAP technologies across teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, demonstrating broad functional leadership.
• Influence stakeholders beyond your immediate team and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain industry knowledge and best practices to keep our SAP solutions at the forefront.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures related to change control, security, release management, and incident handling.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP functional expertise, particularly in SOM, SD, or CS modules.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing, SAP S/4
  
  HANA Subscription Order Management, or SAP CRM Subscription Order Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, product modeling, and order management processes.
• Minimum of 4 years designing and maintaining scalable SaaS revenue models.
• At least 3 years of direct SAP implementation experience in SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing.
• SAP certifications in SOM & CRM are preferred.

• Deep, hands‑on experience with SAP OTC processes, including convergent invoicing and billing.
• Expertise with SAP CRM SOM, S/4
  
  HANA, and integration with external systems like e‑commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging, Mediation, and Billing processes.
• Familiarity with SAP BRIM configuration tools such as BRF+ and cross‑catalog mapping.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA configuration and Activate methodology, including gap analysis and solution design.
• Bonus skills: SAP SD, finance modules, and product configuration with Advanced Variant Configuration.
