Lead UX Researcher

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to join their dynamic team. As a Lead UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in partnering with UX design, strategy, and product teams on a variety of impactful projects that enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for understanding user behavior, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Lead UX Researcher

Location: Spring, Texas

• Lead comprehensive UX research and testing initiatives to inform product development
• Create detailed research and testing scripts to ensure thorough data collection
• Support the creation of insightful research analysis and comprehensive reports
• Synthesize customer feedback through observations, interviews, surveys, and usability studies
• Identify opportunities for generative research and develop self-driven research plans

• Extensive experience conducting one-on-one user interviews and usability testing
• Familiarity with remote testing tools and methodologies
• Ability to synthesize business objectives with customer needs to recommend product improvements
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
