Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer II to join a growing Network Security Dev Ops organization focused on modernizing enterprise firewall and network security services across global environments.

Contract:

12+ Months with potential for Extension/Full-Time Conversion

• Automation:
  Ansible, Terraform, Python

• Design, implement, and support enterprise firewall environments
• Manage Fortinet, Cisco, and Juniper firewall platforms
• Build infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, REST APIs, Jenkins, Git Hub, YAML, and Jinja2
• Support cloud-based virtual firewalls in AWS and Azure
• Troubleshoot network/security incidents using Forti Analyzer and Splunk
• Participate in global operations and on-call support
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams

• 5+ years in Network Security Engineering/Operations
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAT, ACLs, DNS, routing/switching
• Hands‑on experience with Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer preferred

• Oil & Gas industry experience strongly preferred
• SD-WAN exposure
• Security certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, CISSP, GIAC)
