As Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Solutions – Manufacturing & Robotics, you will lead the positioning, go‑to‑market strategy, and sales enablement for HP’s AI solutions serving manufacturing, industrial automation, and robotics customers. This role owns how HP enables AI training and inference across factories, plants, labs, and edge environments where latency, reliability, IP protection, and operational continuity are critical.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing & Robotics AI Positioning & Messaging
- Own end‑to‑end positioning and messaging for HP’s AI training and inference solutions tailored to manufacturing and robotics environments.
- Translate AI infrastructure capabilities (GPUs, workstations, edge systems, AI software stacks) into value propositions that support real‑time decision‑making, automation, and production efficiency.
- Develop vertical‑specific narratives addressing latency constraints, factory reliability, IP protection, and deployment at the edge.
- Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Leadership
- Lead GTM strategy for manufacturing and robotics AI solutions from concept through launch and scale.
- Define priority segments and personas (e.g., manufacturing engineering, robotics R&D, OT/IT leaders, plant operations) and align solution plays accordingly.
- Influence product packaging, offers, and roadmap priorities by representing manufacturing and robotics customer needs in cross‑functional forums.
- Sales, Partner & Ecosystem Enablement
- Own sales enablement strategy for manufacturing and robotics AI solutions, delivering solution playbooks, reference architectures, robotics‑ready talk tracks, and competitive positioning.
- Enable sales teams to confidently position HP AI solutions for factory‑floor and edge AI use cases, including robotics, vision inspection, and predictive maintenance.
- Partner with system integrators, ISVs, and robotics ecosystem partners to ensure consistent, industry‑ready solution messaging and co‑sell alignment.
- Customer, Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Lead voice‑of‑customer efforts across manufacturers, robotics firms, and industrial innovators to inform messaging, GTM, and solution strategy.
- Monitor competitive offerings, industrial AI trends, and automation adoption patterns to maintain differentiated and credible positioning.
- Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales leadership.
- Launch Readiness & Cross‑Functional Execution
- Own launch readiness for manufacturing and robotics‑focused AI solutions, ensuring messaging alignment, enablement readiness, and operational credibility.
- Serve as the senior marketing interface with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Partner teams for manufacturing‑focused launches.
- Maintain a single source of truth for manufacturing & robotics GTM assets, performance metrics, and post‑launch learnings.
- Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Robotics, manufacturing engineering, or data science background a plus.
- Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM roles, with experience serving manufacturing, industrial, robotics, or edge‑AI markets.
- Proven track record positioning complex B2B technology solutions in production‑critical or industrial environments.
- Strong technical fluency across AI infrastructure, GPUs, workstations, edge compute, and real‑time AI systems.
- Ability to translate technical differentiation into measurable manufacturing outcomes (e.g., throughput, quality, downtime reduction).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for engineering, operations, and executive audiences.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing AI training, inference, or computer‑vision solutions for manufacturing or robotics.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics workflows, or digital‑twin use cases.
- Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, or industrial technology partners.
- Background collaborating with product and engineering teams on solution‑led launches.
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
