A leading global organization is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Analyst to support enterprise finance transformation initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between Finance, SAP, and Data Engineering teams, enabling the successful integration of SAP financial data into Snowflake for reporting, analytics, and business insights.

SAP FI/CO Analyst

• Serve as the SAP FI/CO subject matter expert across SAP ECC and SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance environments.
• Support Finance and Accounting teams by providing expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA.
• Translate SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA Finance data models into scalable Snowflake-based reporting and analytics solutions.
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to define and validate finance data mappings from SAP to Snowflake.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, reconciliation, auditability, and compliance across source and target systems.
• Support finance reporting, profitability analysis, cost analysis, and period-end reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Architecture, and BI teams to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Participate in finance data transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with data validation, controls, testing, and issue resolution throughout project delivery.

• 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with strong hands‑on configuration expertise.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance data structures, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA.
• Experience supporting finance data transformations and data integration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance data models, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience supporting SAP‑to‑Snowflake data transformation programs.
• Exposure to SAP S/4
  
  HANA migration or Central Finance initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP data extraction technologies such as CDS Views, SLT, or BW Extractors.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance certification preferred.

• Advanced SAP FI/CO expertise (10+ years) across SAP ECC and SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance and Finance Data Model knowledge.
• Experience supporting Snowflake Finance Data Transformation and Analytics initiatives.
