Geoscience Applications Support Engineer

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $75.88hr - $80.88hr Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field from a recognized university. Minimum 3+ years of experience in related fields: applications support, application administration, IT operations, or related disciplines. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, applications, and business processes quickly. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Develop familiarity with responsible AI principles, data governance, and model lifecycle concepts. Proactiveness to identify and ability to drive process improvements to completion and long-term implementation. Bonus:
Prior Geoscience oil and gas work experience, SharePoint expertise, and basic python coding/dashboarding skills. Responsibilities:
General portfolio management application onboarding, evaluation support, and retirement stewardship. Security & Controls stewardship Risk Assessment assistance, Vulnerability Assessment Test assistance, etc. Registering new AI Use Cases. Ardoq information updates and maintenance assistance. SCA for SharePoint sites. Identify, prioritize, and drive optimization opportunities for team efficiency and effectiveness application groups, software onboarding, software evaluation process, etc. License management Including stewarding upgrade activities, dongle management, etc.

Upgrade monitoring application group management, application packaging follow-ups, etc. Stewarding, but not approving, software maintenance and invoice information. Disaster Recovery and Disaster Recovery test planning as needed. Benefits:
