eDiscovery Technician
- Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hour (on W2)
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Location: Spring, TX 77389
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
OverviewThe eDiscovery Technician will support IT data collection activities by performing device queries, remote diagnostics, and data collection using approved enterprise tools. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate across technical, business, and global support teams. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and proactive about identifying process efficiencies. This is a contractor role requiring flexibility, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed to collaborate with global/international support teams (CES and PAA).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner who is detail oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset, with the confidence to suggest process improvements and efficiencies.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra Admin Center (formerly Azure AD) and the ability to query cloud management repositories for device related information.
- Foundational knowledge of network connectivity protocols, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Power Shell proficiency, including:
- Permission and access management
- Disk operations (encryption, scanning, error handling)
- Robocopy usage
- General disk and storage management
- Remote access and endpoint support tools, such as Beyond Trust and Nexthink.
- Experience with FTK (Forensic Toolkit) for eDiscovery data collection.
- Experience using Service Now ITSM, including request management workflows and ticket handling.
