A Supply Chain Planning Systems Architect designs and governs technology solutions (like SAP Integrated Business Planning, and S/4

HANA, integration platforms) to optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes (forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, etc.), bridging business needs with technical reality, ensuring scalability, security, and integration, and leading roadmap development for digital transformation. Key duties include creating systems, data and process architectural blueprints, defining data flows, selecting technologies (enterprise, analytics, AI, etc.), ensuring adherence to standards, and collaborating with business and IT leaders for strategic alignment.

• Supply Chain Planning domain expertise is required
• Deep expertise in SAP systems capabilities is preferred
• Artificial intelligence acumen required and direct experience building AI solutions preferred.
• Advanced communication and influence skills. Including the proven ability to influence change.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or any other related technical major.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• International travelling - 25-50% of the time required.
• Role requires international collaboration and late shifts if candidate is based in EMEA region.

• Experience:
  
  Extensive experience in supply chain planning (forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, etc.) solution architecture and autonomous planning.
• Technical Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of ERP (SAP IBP, S/4
  
  HANA a plus), integration platforms, data management, and modern software engineering.
• Artificial intelligence acumen required and direct experience building AI solutions preferred.
• Architectural Frameworks:
  Familiarity with frameworks like SAP, HANA, Data Lake, and data engineering integration.
• Deployment of AI model for planning.
• Supply Chain Planning domain expertise is required.
• Deep expertise in SAP system capabilities is preferred.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills, including a proven ability to drive change.

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
