2nd Shift Part-Time Inventory Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Fill, Health and Well

Position Summary

Maintain sorter operation by removing full totes from the sorter tote location, replenishing empty totes, scanning tote and location with a handheld scanner, and rearranging individual units to ensure proper fill rates.

Manage product deliveries by preparing, reviewing, and verifying receiving documentation and reports, processing counting, separating, and scanning product, operating computer software and basic applications to track and identify product unloading from trailer manually or with powered equipment, organizing inventory, and transferring them to production stations while maintaining records, logs, and forms such as shipping manifests.

Stock drugs by using box cutters/knives to open boxes without damaging contents, monitoring product size and making adjustments for size discrepancies, labeling, scanning, and sorting drug types to ensure correct location, transporting drugs, placing them in designated locations, storing excess drugs on overstock shelves or racks, and driving forklift to transport skid items in the pharmacy.

Maintain quality accuracy and integrity of inventory and packages by removing damaged or expired product, identifying and resolving discrepancies in records or files, informing management about incorrect or inefficient processes, and providing basic maintenance to equipment such as cleaning, changing labels, bags, ribbons.

Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to change opportunities, difficulties and feedback.

Ensure accurate packing and shipping of pharmacy products by packing prescriptions, scanning leaflets and medication, placing package on conveyor to deliver to the sorter, packing temperature‑sensitive medication according to drug specifications, ensuring supplies are included in each shipment, stocking workstations, processing and labeling shipments, using approved carrier software and equipment, and completing/verifying paperwork for pickup and delivery.
