Full-time

The Maintenance crew performs routine maintenance tasks including landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic facility repairs. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, they ensure the upkeep of resort facilities.

• Ensure grounds and facility upkeep, adhering to all policies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maintain resort functionality.
• Perform minor electrical work safely.
• Complete work orders timely to keep resort ready for use.
• Address plumbing issues such as drain clogs and leaks.
• Complete landscaping duties: lawn mowing, weed removal, brush clearing.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Work independently, demonstrating self-reliance and efficiency.
• Comply with all health, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Perform any related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in facility maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA standards preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Constantly stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel; frequently use arms and hands.
• Manual dexterity for using facility equipment.
• Clear vision and hearing for effective communication.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Possibility of encountering extreme temperatures depending on season.
