Job SummaryPerforms a variety of tasks in order to keep facilities in clean and orderly condition. Works independently under general instructions and is expected to determine how to accomplish work assignments.

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in operations of building systems, including swimming pools.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Clear driving record and valid Texas Driver's License.
