Operations Manager
Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and products. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, enforcing safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational goals. The Supervisor demonstrates strong leadership through coaching, problem-solving, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development- Supervise and motivate warehouse associates to meet performance standards.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, Texas state, Federal and service standards.
- Provide training in inventory procedures, equipment operation, and safety compliance.
- Knowledge of stock control and minimal mathematics skills for weekly inventory counts.
- Oversee cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of inventory.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop efficient workflows for peak periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Enforce safety policies and conduct hazard assessments.
- Review and approve inventory reports and system updates.
- Communicate operational issues to senior leadership and propose solutions.
- Lead Multi-Unit Operations: Manage daily operations across multiple revenue locations, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards.
- Leadership & Team Management: Ability to motivate, coach, and manage staff effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for clear coordination with team and management.
- Guest Service: Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Conflict Resolution: Skilled in handling associate or guest issues professionally and promptly.

- Basic Financial Acumen: Understanding cost control and revenue impact.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Frequently working in temperature change, extreme cold, heat, sun, wetness, humidity, and heights.
- Required to obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification.
- Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe Food Handlers certification.
- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Black slip-resistant shoes required.
