• Manage all aspects of project management, including scope definition, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
• Develop clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines to achieve project goals
• Interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Implement corrective action plans for variances and align project delivery strategies with organizational goals
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and complete project reports

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in construction project management
• Strong project management experience with a proven track record in construction projects
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)

• 7-10+ years of construction project management experience, particularly with healthcare projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
• Experience managing indirect teams at various organizational levels
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management
